How to raise a concern about your care or experience at Integra Chiropractic.
Tell Us About Your Concern
We welcome feedback and take complaints seriously. Raising a concern will not affect your right to be treated respectfully or the care you receive.
You can speak to your chiropractor in person, email the Clinic Director at info@integrachiro.co.uk, or write to:

Please include your name, how you would like us to contact you, relevant appointment dates, what happened and the outcome you would like. Tell us if you need help or an adjustment to use this process.
What Happens Next
- Acknowledgement. We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, clarify the issues and explain who will handle it.
- Review. We will look into the concern, consider the relevant records and discuss any further information we need from you.
- Response. We will agree an expected response timeframe with you and provide a written explanation of our findings and any proposed action. If the review takes longer, we will explain why and update you on progress.
If someone is complaining on your behalf, we will usually need your permission before sharing personal or clinical information with them.
Further Support
Independent mediation may be available through the Chiropractic Complaints Mediation Service (opens in a new tab). For professional standards or patient safety concerns, contact the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) (opens in a new tab). You have the right to refer an unresolved complaint to the GCC, which will consider whether it falls within its remit. You do not need to wait for our complaints process before reporting a serious concern. For privacy concerns, see our patient privacy notice.
