THE VALUES BEHIND OUR CARE
Our Story & Vision
Prevention. Education. Empowerment.
How Integra began, what we stand for and where we hope to go.
Who We Are
Integra Chiropractic is an independent private healthcare and wellbeing service, and a trading name of Ad Infinitum Health Ltd, led by directors Pooja Kalra and Arnav Kalra.
Based at St Martins Medical Centre in Ruislip, we bring together experience in healthcare leadership and chiropractic care, with a shared commitment to listening, clear communication and personalised support.
Our philosophy is rooted in prevention, education and empowerment. We believe people should feel informed about their health, confident in their choices and supported in taking an active role in their wellbeing.
We are beginning with chiropractic care. Our longer-term ambition is to develop a multidisciplinary private healthcare service, with potential future services including sports massage, expanded rehabilitation and lifestyle medicine. These services are part of our future vision and are not currently offered at Integra; movement and exercise guidance may form part of chiropractic care where appropriate.
Our Vision
Prevention. Education.
Empowerment. Personalised Care.
Our vision is to develop a trusted private healthcare and wellbeing service that brings together different professional disciplines through a coordinated, patient-centred approach.
We want to help people understand their health, seek appropriate support early and make practical choices that support their long-term wellbeing.
As Integra develops, our priorities will remain consistent: appropriately qualified professionals, clear communication, patient safety and strong clinical governance. Future services will be introduced only when the necessary professional, operational and regulatory arrangements are in place.
Our Independence & Commitment
Private care. Informed choices.
Your wellbeing.
Integra operates independently of the NHS-funded services provided by St Martins Medical Centre, where our clinic is based.
All Integra services are privately arranged and entirely optional. Choosing or declining private care at Integra does not affect your access to NHS services.
Clinical care is delivered by appropriately qualified professionals working within their respective scopes of practice. We explain proposed care, potential benefits and risks, alternatives and costs, so you can decide what is right for you.
Where another professional or service would be more appropriate, we will explain this and recommend the next step.
