Getting Ready.
Wear What Feels Comfortable
You can wear whatever you feel comfortable in, as long as it lets you move around easily.
Nothing You Need To Bring
If you already have any relevant scans, imaging or reports, you’re welcome to bring them. This is entirely optional.
Your New Patient Form
If you can, complete your new patient form online before your appointment. A paper copy is available at the clinic; filling it in on arrival may reduce the time available for your consultation.
When You Arrive.
Use the entrance to St Martins Medical Centre and report to reception. Once your new patient form is complete, take a seat; you’ll be called when it’s time for your appointment.
