Hi, I’m Fizah, the chiropractor behind Integra. I know that visiting someone new about your health can feel like a big step. I want you to feel at ease telling me what’s been going on, asking questions and taking the time to understand your options. To me, good care starts with a conversation.
What To Expect At Your First VisitHow I Got Here.
Before training as a chiropractor, I worked within the NHS. That earlier experience showed me how much it matters to feel listened to and treated as a person, especially when you’re worried or in discomfort. It’s something I’ve carried with me into my work at Integra.
A Love Of Movement.
Sport has always been part of my life. I’ve enjoyed football, cricket and netball, and playing for my local cricket club even took me to regional competition. That personal connection to movement is one reason I’m interested in how people use their bodies in everyday life, whether that means getting back to a sport or simply feeling more confident with ordinary activities.
What You Can Expect From Me.
I’ll take the time to understand your health history, your concerns and what you hope to get back to. After an assessment, I’ll explain my findings in clear language and talk through the options with you. I keep learning and updating my knowledge, because I want the care we discuss to reflect your individual needs and the relevant evidence. You’ll always have room to ask questions and decide what feels right for you.
Beyond The Clinic.
There’s more to me than chiropractic, of course. I was part of Scouts growing up, and sport is still close to my heart. At home, I absolutely adore spending time with my two cats, Bamsi and Mylo.
