Pooja Kalra
Director Healthcare Strategy, Leadership & Transformation
Pooja brings over 18 years of experience in NHS primary care, having worked in general practice since 2008. Her background spans strategic leadership, clinical governance, operational management and healthcare transformation.

Her experience includes Managing Director-level leadership within a Primary Care Network comprising 11 GP practices. In this role, she developed centralised operational models for mental health services, learning disability services and repeat prescription management.
Pooja has also supported practices identified through Primary Care Trust performance reviews, helping improve operational performance, governance, CQC compliance and inspection readiness.
Committed to workforce development, she has contributed to the training and upskilling of approximately 50–60 healthcare professionals. As a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, she brings a coaching-led approach to leadership, professional development and organisational change.
Her Education, Empowerment and Enablement (EEE) model combines patient education, digital innovation and self-service technology to help people take a more informed and active role in their healthcare.
Arnav Kalra, MBA
Director Healthcare Development & Lifestyle Medicine Strategy
Arnav combines an MBA qualification with experience in NHS primary care that began at the age of 16.

Starting in general practice administration, he gained early insight into patient services, healthcare operations and the challenges of supporting people living with long-term conditions.
His experience includes supporting the delivery of multimorbidity clinics and involvement with My Health Buddy. This work has shaped his interest in patient engagement, health education, behaviour change and preventative healthcare.
At Integra, Arnav contributes to business development and service planning, helping shape the ambition to build accessible, innovative and sustainable private wellbeing services.

Fizah brings chiropractic expertise, previous NHS experience and a strong interest in musculoskeletal health to Integra.

She holds a Master’s degree in Chiropractic from London South Bank University and is registered with the General Chiropractic Council.
With a sporting background that includes cricket, football and netball, Fizah understands how much movement and physical activity can matter to everyday life.
Her approach starts with listening. She takes time to understand each person’s concerns and goals, explain her findings and discuss suitable care options in clear language.
Through evidence-informed guidance and personalised chiropractic care, Fizah aims to help people understand their symptoms, explore ways to support movement and make informed decisions about their care.
