INTEGRA · WHO WE HELP

Sport & Athletes. Care With Your Goals In Mind.

Your training matters to you. Whether it is a gym session, a weekend match or competition, start with an assessment that takes your goals seriously.

Your Sport Provides The Context

Different activities ask different things of your body. Tell us about your sport, training schedule, competition plans and previous injuries. We assess the concern itself rather than assuming all discomfort is a normal part of training.

Make Informed Decisions About Care

When suitable, options may include activity advice, exercises and hands-on care for minor sports-related musculoskeletal problems. We discuss benefits, risks and alternatives. We do not promise faster times, improved performance or prevention of future injury.

Work Towards A Return, Step By Step

The right next step may involve modifying training, reviewing progress or referring for further investigation. If you already work with another healthcare professional, tell us so recommendations can take that care into account. Return-to-sport decisions depend on the injury and assessment, not a calendar deadline.

An Injury Needs Its Own Assessment

Sudden or worsening symptoms should not be pushed through to reach a competition. Our injury guide explains when urgent assessment is needed. Explore injury guidance Read the runners’ guide
