INTEGRA · WHO WE HELP
Working From Home. Make Room For Comfort.
Your working day should have room for comfort. Explore the neck, back or muscle discomfort that makes it harder to focus and switch off.
Look Beyond The Chair
Tell us where you work, how long you spend at a screen and which tasks bring on discomfort. We consider your symptoms and health history alongside the desk, laptop and routine. A photo of your workspace can be useful if you choose to bring one; nothing is required.
Small Changes To Explore
HSE guidance recommends a screen around eye level, relaxed shoulders and support for your lower back. A separate keyboard and mouse can help when raising a laptop screen. Breaks or changes of task also give you a chance to move. These are starting points, not a diagnosis or a guarantee of pain relief.
When Discomfort Keeps Returning
An assessment can help explore the concern and whether care, practical adjustments or another service is appropriate. We discuss options that can fit your working day. Explore posture and movement Read about neck pain
