Posture & Movement. Find What Works For You.
Feel more informed about the way you sit, work and move. Explore practical options for the discomfort that is affecting your day.
Begin With How You Feel
If sitting, standing or working feels uncomfortable, tell us when symptoms appear and what changes them. We consider your movement, daily demands and health history. We do not diagnose a problem from a photograph or the way you look alone.
Practical Adjustments
Your workspace should support the task. HSE guidance includes keeping the screen in front of you, positioning the keyboard below elbow height and supporting the lower back. Changing tasks and taking breaks can make room for movement through the day. Read the home-working guide
What An Assessment Can Offer
We can discuss symptoms, relevant movement and exercises or practical changes that may suit you. The goal is an individual plan for comfort and function, not a promise to permanently straighten or realign your spine.
If Pain Is Persistent
Posture is only one part of the conversation. Ongoing, worsening or unexplained symptoms deserve assessment rather than repeated attempts to hold a particular position. Explore low back pain Explore neck pain
